Max Johnson
Max graduated magna cum laude from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2022. While at Pepperdine, he also served as a Literary Citation Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and as a legal research assistant to antitrust and contracts professor Babette Boliek. In his first year of law school, he earned the Evan T. Carthen Award for Inspiration Leadership. Prior to attending law school, Max earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Puget Sound.
Since January of 2023, Max has been a licensed attorney in the state of California.
Before joining DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell, LLP., Max spent three-and-a-half years representing Plaintiffs in complex securities law class actions in federal court. He brings the attention to detail, dedication, and fact-based approach he learned in the corporate context to his practice here at the firm.
